He participated in Karatheodoris program “Assessment of the ecological quality and human impacts in the fresh water ecosystems of Greece, using biotic communities” at Department of Biology (University of Patras).

He has worked as instructor in environmental education at Institute of Vocational Training and School of Second Chance.

From 2018 he has been working as environmentalist at IMBRIW of HCMR. His research interests are on Ecological Quality Assessments of Lotic Ecosystems, Ecology and Taxonomical classification of Benthic Diatoms, Impacts of Climate Change on the quality and diversity of rivers.

He has 2 publications in peer-reviewed scientific journals and 10 publications on conference proceedings.
