During the period 2004-2010 she self-employed as freelancer geologist with main activity geological, hydrogeological and environmental research and water resources management studies. Since 2010 she holds a position as a research associate in Institute of Marine Biological Resources and Inland Waters, Hellenic Centre for Marine Research.
She has research interests in hydrology and water balance, water management, hydrogeology and groundwater, surface water and groundwater quality – environmental monitoring, hydrological – hydrogeological -water quality modeling, assessment of the impacts of climate changes on water resources, time-series analysis, vulnerability – flood hazard – erosion modeling and GIS applications.
She has participated in (28) national and international projects.
She has contributed to (38) papers in peer-reviewed journals, (7) book chapters, participated in (28) national or international conferences and co-authored in over (26) technical reports.
