During 2012 to 2016 she has held the position of the curator of Kastoria Αquarium.
She has attended training courses in aquarium management from the Zoological Society of London. Her research interest are related to Aquarium Science, Environmental Policy and Sociology of the Environment, aquatic ecology and taxonomy and ecology of freshwater fish.
Currently she is conducting her PhD in the University of Thessaly (Department of Planning and Regional Development), since 2012 by investigating the rural development perspectives, based on the rural population’s perceptions in the Transboundary Lake Prespa.
