Definition of data collection needs for Aquaculture.The project is a study conducted for DG MARE aiming to formulate new policies and to direct EFF support effectively and efficiently, the European Commission requires sound, accurate and up-to-date statistical information about the economic performance and the competitive positions of the various sub-segments of the EU aquaculture. The main objective of the study is to identify the data required to assess the evolution and economic performance of the aquaculture sector and the best mechanisms for collecting this data.
