He has research interests on: Ecological Quality Assessments of Lotic Ecosystems, Distributional Ecology of Endemic & Alien Freshwater Ichthyofauna, Conservation and Protection of Freshwater Ichthyofauna and Management, Conservation and Protection of Freshwater & Coastal Ecosystems, Fish Keeping on Aquariums.
He has participated in 12 national and international projects.
He has contributed 4 papers in peer-reviewed journals, and more than 20 other publications (i.e., conference proceedings, special publications, newspaper and magazines) and co-authored 22 technical reports.
