Evaluation and impact assessment activities for Axis 4: Fisheries Local Action Groups. The project is a subcontract financed by DG MARE in the framework of Axis 4 of commission financing. The aim of the project is the evaluation of the performance of the Greek Fisheries Local Action Groups (FLAGS) and the formation of a focus group to evaluate the performance of the Greek delivery system for Axis 4 of the  European Fishery Fund.
