  • Ecological quality assessments of lotic ecosystems by using fish as indicators

  • Conservation and Protection of Freshwater fish species

During his association with HCMR, Dr. Vardakas has participated in 12 European and National research projects and he has 27 publications in peer-review scientific journals, 2 book chapters, 1 monograph and over 30 publications in European and national conferences/scientific workshops.
