Study of the underground water, the water of the Koumoundouros Lake and the Elefsis Gulf, in relation to the area of the sanitary landfill of the Western part of Attika Region.
The aims of the program are:
(1) The study of the water quality of the underground water in the area near the sanitary landfill of western Attika region, of the Koumoundouros lake and the Elefsis Gulf, after the use of the new sanitary lanfill.
(2) The study of the mechanisms that the landfill communicates with the Koumoundouros Lake.
The objective of the program is the monitoring of enviromental parameters in the underground waters, the Koumoundouros Lake and the Elefsis Gulf.
