Short CV

  • BSc in Physics, Department of Physics, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (2002-2007)
  • MSc in Complexity Science, Complexity Science DTC, University of Warwick, UK (2009-2010)
  • PhD in Theortical Ecology, Department of Biological Applications and Technology, University of Ioannina (2011-2015)

She holds a position of research associate at ΙMBRIW (HCMR) since 2016. Her research focuses on demersal fish population dynamics and effects of climate change. As part of her work at IMBRIW, she has participated in 4 EU funded projects (CERES, DRuMFISH, RECFISH, PANDORA) and 5 working groups on stock assessment in the Scientific, Technical and Economic Committee on Fisheries (EC-STECF) and GFCM’s WGSAD (Working Groups on stock assessment of demersal species). She has attended training courses on Management Strategy Evaluation, Analytical Stock Assessment methods and Statistics. So far, she has contributed 11 papers in peer-reviewed international journals and co-authored 3 technical reports and 5 project reports.
