She has been a Research Associate at IMBRIW (HCMR) since 2016. Her research focuses on the fish population dynamics and management of demersal fisheries, which she investigates using stochastic bioeconomic models, incorporating the effects of climate change and uncertainties. At IMBRIW, she has participated in 12 EU-funded projects, including CERES, DRuMFISH, PANDORA, MAPAFISH-MED, SPILLOVER-MED, and SEAWISE, and has authored or co-authored approximately 25 technical and project reports. She has also served as an expert in 15 working groups on stock assessment under the Scientific, Technical and Economic Committee on Fisheries (EC-STECF) and the GFCM’s Working Group on Stock Assessment of Demersal Species (WGSAD). Since 2023, she has been appointed by GFCM as Stock Coordinator for the European hake stocks in GSAs 20 and 22, and for the deep-water rose shrimp stock in GSAs 17-20. She has attended advanced training courses on Management Strategy Evaluation, Analytical Stock Assessment Methods, and Statistics. To date, she has contributed 17 papers to peer-reviewed international journals and has served as a reviewer for 11 others.
